USIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.

BDlittle to no support, takes forever to response. Very frustrating because they have everything I need but their support is just horrible. While all other repricer got live support/instant support, they just removed their live support and they keep promising they are improving their live support ( and they told it 3 months before ) !! although they support many suppliers but in many cases while listing, it shows CANT PARSE which they term as a store bug. please bring back your live chat and accelerate your support to the customer.

RUJust switched from Shopmaster Just switched from Shopmaster - it takes some time to get used to, but afterwards it works much smoother than anything else that I’ve tried. Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Can’t wait to take my business to new level! GBThe support are absolutely terrible The support are absolutely terrible, i am still waiting for a response from 2 weeks ago. Sku Fetch and Wise lister are a total liability and cannot list the correct items causing the whole process to be done manually. SKU Grid cant work properly without those 2 making the whole situation redundant as having listed manually the Grid seems to mess up. Support are non existent. Stay away from these *****.

USIt was a rough ride last few weeks, but in the end it was worth the hassle It was a rough ride last few weeks: extension for file exchange kept acting up, slow performance of web-site and delays in price checking. However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again. Thanks ! I used Sku Grid for last year and I will continue using it! John G.
