Now, it is very buggy, there are a ton of errors and if you open up a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! While all other repricer got live support/instant support, they just removed their live support and they keep promising they are improving their live support ( and they told it 3 months before ) !! although they support many suppliers but in many cases while listing, it shows CANT PARSE which they term as a store bug. please bring back your live chat and accelerate your support to the customer.
