The ability to automate price updates and inventory monitoring across multiple marketplaces has saved me a lot of time and effort. However, I did have some issues with the customer service response time. It took a little longer than expected to get a response, which was frustrating at times.

Where are you Anton and where is your CS? SG is total rubbish! It used to be good. Now, it is very buggy, there are a ton of errors and if you open up a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! This has been going on for several months and it sucks because it isn't cheap. ANTON - dude, come on now.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.
