AUWhere are you Anton and where is your CS? SG is total rubbish! It used to be good. Now, it is very buggy, there are a ton of errors and if you open up a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! This has been going on for several months and it sucks because it isn't cheap. ANTON - dude, come on now.

GBThe support are absolutely terrible The support are absolutely terrible, i am still waiting for a response from 2 weeks ago. Sku Fetch and Wise lister are a total liability and cannot list the correct items causing the whole process to be done manually. SKU Grid cant work properly without those 2 making the whole situation redundant as having listed manually the Grid seems to mess up. Support are non existent. Stay away from these *****.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.

BYWhile Sku Grid is a fantastic platform While Sku Grid is a fantastic platform for managing my retail arbitrage business across various marketplaces, Ive had a couple of minor issues that I needed help with. Customer service was helpful, but they took a while to get back to me. That being said, its still a powerful tool that I would recommend.

RUSku Grid Sku Grid is an incredibly useful tool for retail arbitrage and dropshipping. Ive been using it for a few months now, and it has made managing my business across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart so much easier. The only downside is that customer service can be a bit slow to respond, but they do eventually provide helpful support.
