If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. SKUGrid was good at first, but now it has become very buggy and very unreliable. The support is a joke. They don't address the real issue in any support ticket you submit and instead send the same response no matter what the issue is, asking you to watch their Youtube videos which most of them are outdated. Repricing doesn't work. It doesn't change stock when the supplier goes out of stock. and it is basically not doing any of the job that it is supposed to do. I submitted 5 or more support tickets more than a week and I am yet to receive a response from a human addressing what is actually in the ticket!

Just switched from Shopmaster Just switched from Shopmaster - it takes some time to get used to, but afterwards it works much smoother than anything else that I’ve tried. Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Can’t wait to take my business to new level! If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.
