Customer service was helpful, but they took a while to get back to me. That being said, its still a powerful tool that I would recommend.

It was a rough ride last few weeks, but in the end it was worth the hassle It was a rough ride last few weeks: extension for file exchange kept acting up, slow performance of web-site and delays in price checking. However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again.
