If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.

However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again. Where are you Anton and where is your CS? SG is total rubbish! It used to be good. Now, it is very buggy, there are a ton of errors and if you open up a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! This has been going on for several months and it sucks because it isn't cheap. ANTON - dude, come on now.
