If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. SKUGrid was good at first, but now it has become very buggy and very unreliable. The support is a joke. They don't address the real issue in any support ticket you submit and instead send the same response no matter what the issue is, asking you to watch their Youtube videos which most of them are outdated. Repricing doesn't work. It doesn't change stock when the supplier goes out of stock. and it is basically not doing any of the job that it is supposed to do. I submitted 5 or more support tickets more than a week and I am yet to receive a response from a human addressing what is actually in the ticket!

Sku Fetch and Wise lister are a total liability and cannot list the correct items causing the whole process to be done manually. SKU Grid cant work properly without those 2 making the whole situation redundant as having listed manually the Grid seems to mess up. Support are non existent. Stay away from these *****.
