RUJust switched from Shopmaster Just switched from Shopmaster - it takes some time to get used to, but afterwards it works much smoother than anything else that Iβve tried. Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Canβt wait to take my business to new level! GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.

GBThe support are absolutely terrible The support are absolutely terrible, i am still waiting for a response from 2 weeks ago. Sku Fetch and Wise lister are a total liability and cannot list the correct items causing the whole process to be done manually. SKU Grid cant work properly without those 2 making the whole situation redundant as having listed manually the Grid seems to mess up. Support are non existent. Stay away from these *****.

GBSKUGrid is very buggy SKUGrid is very buggy. Their Customer Support is the worst I have ever seen. if you open a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! I have opened 3 tickets in relation to 3 different issues and it's been almost a month since the 1st ticket I opened. Only received an auto-response with a promise that someone will send a personal response within 2 working days. Like I said it's been almost a month, and issues keep happening, because the software is becoming buggy. Moreover, those issues can be really costly whether you are selling on eBay, Amazon or even on your own shopify store. On the other hand, SKUFetch used to be good at curating images and saving you time, but now it is no longer the same and you have to upload the images manually, as it pull very poor quality images, most of them are just random images of logos or other products that appear on the product page. Again, no response or update from the Developers!!!!
