Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Can’t wait to take my business to new level! If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.
