I have done everything I know to do to get my refund, including sending 3 letters of my own and leaving so many voice messages- beyond counting. So I am very appreciative of the assistance from peopleclerk and action regarding my letter. This is a fresh tactic and I'm very optimistic for a good outcome! Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. Save all of your money and just have the court help you fill out your paperwork for free. Spent almost $500 with them to file paperwork only to miss the filing deadline of having the case moved because THEIR process server tried to serve one time and let the defendant convenience him he had the wrong person. Statute of limitations has expired and I am out another $3500 because of their incompetence. I want everyone to know my experience with them. They should NOT be in this business. Horrible.
