My first lawsuit with People Clerk I feel like People Clerk was with me at the court. I do appreciate step-by-step instructions throughout the whole process from starting the lawsuit, preparing evidences, sending the serve, and reminding what to do and what to say at the court. Without People Clerk help I don't think I can get an acceptable compensation through mediation. The mistake I made was not giving the Plaintiff's Receipt Packet to other party. Therefore, I did not get compensation for the cost I spent to sue.

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. Save all of your money and just have the court help you fill out your paperwork for free. Spent almost $500 with them to file paperwork only to miss the filing deadline of having the case moved because THEIR process server tried to serve one time and let the defendant convenience him he had the wrong person. Statute of limitations has expired and I am out another $3500 because of their incompetence. I want everyone to know my experience with them. They should NOT be in this business. Horrible.
