I do appreciate step-by-step instructions throughout the whole process from starting the lawsuit, preparing evidences, sending the serve, and reminding what to do and what to say at the court. Without People Clerk help I don't think I can get an acceptable compensation through mediation. The mistake I made was not giving the Plaintiff's Receipt Packet to other party. Therefore, I did not get compensation for the cost I spent to sue.
