When you talk to them on the phone, they do seem a little bit casual, but that may be cultural and I think it also may be that they are dealing with people that are basically almost in crisis mode so their calmness might be in such contradiction to the chaos that is occurring with those of us who need passports immediately.. they did an excellent job and everything worked out exactly as they said it would
