Don’t use AA passport service They got me the wrong passport size my old passport was 50 pages the one they got me was 28 pages I never checked the small size passport When I asked them to correct their mistake they didn’t give me any answer except lies one of the worst services in DFW area Bad service No responsibility for their mistakes monkey business Beware of this company and specially the Richardson office

Last minute Heroes I found out three days before I needed to be there that I was going to be traveling to Canada shortly "after" the pandemic. I had not renewed my passport because I did not know if we would ever travel again. Nevertheless, the team at A-passport had me come pick it up less than 48 hours after I got them my documents. Everything about my experience was A+ Everything about my experience was A+. I realized my passport was expired the night before traveling for Christmas break. Not only did make sure all my paperwork was properly filled out and my pictures were correct, they came and picked everything up at my building. Since everything is closed on Christmas Day (not the companies fault) I have to wait till the 26th of December - but from the time they submitted my application at 8:30 and to passport in hand at 6:15pm they kept me abreast of the progress the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone. Actually I already have to a gentleman in my building who happen to see me with them.

Thank God for A1 I was leaving for the Caribbean and never realized my Passport was expired 2 days before my trip. I called A1 and they met me at 9pm that night. It was amazing how they were able to get me a new passport within 24hrs. The experience was quick and easy. Go Zack!!!😄 My trip was amazing!!!!
