Not only did make sure all my paperwork was properly filled out and my pictures were correct, they came and picked everything up at my building. Since everything is closed on Christmas Day (not the companies fault) I have to wait till the 26th of December - but from the time they submitted my application at 8:30 and to passport in hand at 6:15pm they kept me abreast of the progress the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone. Actually I already have to a gentleman in my building who happen to see me with them.
