Don’t use AA passport service They got me the wrong passport size my old passport was 50 pages the one they got me was 28 pages I never checked the small size passport When I asked them to correct their mistake they didn’t give me any answer except lies one of the worst services in DFW area Bad service No responsibility for their mistakes monkey business Beware of this company and specially the Richardson office

Thank God for A1 I was leaving for the Caribbean and never realized my Passport was expired 2 days before my trip. I called A1 and they met me at 9pm that night.
