A-Passport makes the impossible possible. A friend of mine from El Salvador had just gone through her American citizenship oath ceremony. In less than a week, she needed to take an urgent trip out of the United States. A-Passport said they could get her--her first passport--within 72 hours. I didn't see how that was possible. A+ experience in stressful moment Once I was able to reach these people, and they were very good about leading us through the process. When you talk to them on the phone, they do seem a little bit casual, but that may be cultural and I think it also may be that they are dealing with people that are basically almost in crisis mode so their calmness might be in such contradiction to the chaos that is occurring with those of us who need passports immediately.. they did an excellent job and everything worked out exactly as they said it would
