When you can't afford to fail... Nobody can ever anticipate needing emergency service, and when you need it, there usually aren't many options and you hope for the best outcome. This is the position I found myself in with an already booked trip and an expired passport. This service was so extremely accommodating at every point in the very daunting process of renewing a passport. They updated me every step of the way, guided me through the steps that needed to be completed on my own, and they took care of everything else. Everything about my experience was A+ Everything about my experience was A+. I realized my passport was expired the night before traveling for Christmas break. Not only did make sure all my paperwork was properly filled out and my pictures were correct, they came and picked everything up at my building. Since everything is closed on Christmas Day (not the companies fault) I have to wait till the 26th of December - but from the time they submitted my application at 8:30 and to passport in hand at 6:15pm they kept me abreast of the progress the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone. Actually I already have to a gentleman in my building who happen to see me with them.
