They answered at 10pm on Tuesday. I dropped it off Wednesday in the morning and picked it up Thursday at 6:30pm. Thank you so much for the great, detailed and helpful service!! I will be back again.

Don’t use AA passport service They got me the wrong passport size my old passport was 50 pages the one they got me was 28 pages I never checked the small size passport When I asked them to correct their mistake they didn’t give me any answer except lies one of the worst services in DFW area Bad service No responsibility for their mistakes monkey business Beware of this company and specially the Richardson office

A-Passport makes the impossible possible. A friend of mine from El Salvador had just gone through her American citizenship oath ceremony.
