When you can't afford to fail... Nobody can ever anticipate needing emergency service, and when you need it, there usually aren't many options and you hope for the best outcome. This is the position I found myself in with an already booked trip and an expired passport. This service was so extremely accommodating at every point in the very daunting process of renewing a passport. They updated me every step of the way, guided me through the steps that needed to be completed on my own, and they took care of everything else. Thank God for A1 I was leaving for the Caribbean and never realized my Passport was expired 2 days before my trip. I called A1 and they met me at 9pm that night. A+ experience in stressful moment Once I was able to reach these people, and they were very good about leading us through the process. When you talk to them on the phone, they do seem a little bit casual, but that may be cultural and I think it also may be that they are dealing with people that are basically almost in crisis mode so their calmness might be in such contradiction to the chaos that is occurring with those of us who need passports immediately.. they did an excellent job and everything worked out exactly as they said it would
