GBI had an issue with a company service… I had an issue with a company service for domain and email. Using Zendesk it submitted my ticket and 6 hours later Adrian N worked swifty and effectively to fix my issues all back online and working appreciate Bizee for quick fix and Adrian for his priority on the matter. Been recommending this company since incfile.

GBIncorporating FRAUDULENT Businesses For all the negative complaints regarding the amount of time it takes to file a business thorough them I would've expected them to be more diligent in verifying the identity of people using them to incorporate their businesses. A FRAUDULENT business was opened in my name and the only reason I found out is because I received a solicitation letter in the mail from a third party company trying to sell me their services and I noted the unfamiliar business name (which happened to be my full name). When I went on my Secretary of State website to look up the business, there it was, active and using all my information for the principal address and mailing address and IncFile.com LLC now known as Bizee.com as the incorporator. There should be more diligence on the part of Bizee when allowing people to use their services to file or incorporate businesses.

GBVenancio S was terrific Venancio S was a great person to have on the other end of the phone to help me with 3 issues for 3 separate businesses, one of them a sticky one for me. He had a positive attitude and investigated thoroughly to make sure everything was handled. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a good experience, prior to this I got no support whatsoever and no one cared. It appears that IncFile has upped their game and I am glad they did!

GBOliver did a great job Oliver did a great job. The phone was answered fairly promptly. He was a clear speaking American, knew exactly where info I needed was and was able to solve my issue with professionalism. I just hope all of the reps are as good as he is!
