Incorporating FRAUDULENT Businesses For all the negative complaints regarding the amount of time it takes to file a business thorough them I would've expected them to be more diligent in verifying the identity of people using them to incorporate their businesses. A FRAUDULENT business was opened in my name and the only reason I found out is because I received a solicitation letter in the mail from a third party company trying to sell me their services and I noted the unfamiliar business name (which happened to be my full name). When I went on my Secretary of State website to look up the business, there it was, active and using all my information for the principal address and mailing address and IncFile.com LLC now known as Bizee.com as the incorporator. There should be more diligence on the part of Bizee when allowing people to use their services to file or incorporate businesses.
