GBOne of the absolute worst experiences One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. I never leave bad reviews but I have to on this one. I paid hundreds to get my company incorporated in Delaware and even agreed to pay extra for expedited processing. It's been 45 days and I still haven't received my articles of incorporation which has resulted in me having to postpone launching my company and losing thousands of dollars. Their excuse was that the document got lost in transit, however, Delaware reps said that rarely happens and that the issue was due to Swyft. This company was so quick to reach out to me dozens of times to get more money during my incorporation process but never contact me following up with this issue. Every rep says that they will get back to me and never do. Now they said sorry and offered me a service that is pointless instead of making their customer happy. Other friends that recently incorporated their company with other services (or on their own) received their documents in under 21 days. With Swyft you have to expect to wait months, even if you pay extra. I will never recommend this company. Terrible customer service and only cares about the money out of your pockets. Once you pay, they don't care about you or your company.

GBThe agents were extremely helpful.. The agents were extremely helpful! with every question I had!!! Even for some questions I thought I should know already; they were very informative and patient to make sure I understood. Irene and then Shawn B. from the billing department were absolutely amazing. Directed me to where I needed to go and gave me every answer to my questions. I hope when I call it will be one of these to that answer. There recommendations and honesty would help anyone with their businesses.

GBQuick fix Somehow, a second account for my LLC had been created for a single filing with my state; after that filing was done, I continued to get very confusing messages from Swift because the second account was not supposed to exist. I called and spoke with Julian who quickly resolved the issue by merging the two accounts. Easy and quick! Thanks, Julian!
