The agents were extremely helpful.. The agents were extremely helpful! with every question I had!!! Even for some questions I thought I should know already; they were very informative and patient to make sure I understood. Irene and then Shawn B. from the billing department were absolutely amazing. Directed me to where I needed to go and gave me every answer to my questions. I hope when I call it will be one of these to that answer. There recommendations and honesty would help anyone with their businesses.

Quick fix Somehow, a second account for my LLC had been created for a single filing with my state; after that filing was done, I continued to get very confusing messages from Swift because the second account was not supposed to exist. I called and spoke with Julian who quickly resolved the issue by merging the two accounts. Easy and quick! Thanks, Julian!
