Pretty much he (customer service agent) said too bad their policy shows once submitted no 100% refund. It's sad when the customer service agent sounds like word for word as the print out reply from Complete On-line Divorce when I sent my review. Helpful and hurtful at the same time. Although they were very helpful, I was given an incorrect address which led to my money order being returned. Due to financial hardship, I severely needed money and the return money order to provide for my children and I have yet been able to save up enough money again to file my divorce. Had the address not been given incorrectly, it would've never been returned and I would have finalized my divorce by now.
