Only draft is given, no other service like attorney help, answering questions etc. It was not mentioned before that we will need to hire separate attorney for clearing our doubts on the prenuptial Questions. Nor it was mentioned anywhere that a separate notary service need to be hired. When the service mentioned full prenuptial agreement service then it should provide full end to end service. I could have downloaded a sample prenuptial agreement or use chatgpt or something to help me draft one.

I was charged $50 for the online notary… I was charged $50 for the online notary and the link to go to the online notary was broken. had to go to Proof and pay for the notary in a separate process. I still got charged for the $50 even though the link didn’t work, and the whole process was not streamlined.

Easy, But Not Thorough This was a very straight forward process. Working with your partner to review the questionnaire portion is helpful. This would be the best service and completely stress free IF the website actually provides suggested legal services like it advertises. At least, if you live in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area, you will not find legal services to review the prenup. Whatever you thought you were saving, you may end up spending on legal fees after all! Some may not want to have an attorney review it, but that is a huge faux pas and may pay for it later when a judge denies the validity of the prenup regardless of notary signatures.

I would suggest the following: 1) Monitor to see if any court cases have used HelloPrenup and prove that the documents can hold up in court 2) Include more FAQ links about the default State Law options directly in the platform, so it’s easier to see what the default law is when deciding if/how to deviate

Easy and Affordable Using HelloPrenup was efficient, simple, and user-friendly. The options offered covered all of the possible bases and they easily connected you with lawyers, notaries, and state-specific information to make the prenup process easy to understand and simple to complete. Not to mention it was the only trustworthy, cost-efficient option that we found. Would definitely recommend.
