GBI was charged $50 for the online notary… I was charged $50 for the online notary and the link to go to the online notary was broken. had to go to Proof and pay for the notary in a separate process. I still got charged for the $50 even though the link didn’t work, and the whole process was not streamlined.

GBWe were able to generate our prenup in… We were able to generate our prenup in a timely fashion. We were able to connect with an attorney for a fraction of the cost. Plus their platform is super user friendly. Would definitely recommend!

GBEasy to Use, More Substantiation Needed Generally the questions were easy to follow and the platform was easy to use. I would suggest the following: 1) Monitor to see if any court cases have used HelloPrenup and prove that the documents can hold up in court 2) Include more FAQ links about the default State Law options directly in the platform, so it’s easier to see what the default law is when deciding if/how to deviate

GBMaking a daunting task accomplishable Your product is easy to follow and gives as much or as little information as one may want/need along the way. It made a daunting task easy to accomplish. I also appreciated the attorneys' recommendations. Both my partner and I have very positive experiences with our attorneys. Mine was Nicola Wood out of Sacramento CA and he was excellent. Extremely prompt and detailed. Highly recommend him.

GBEasy to use, though wish it was more transparent upfront The process was easy, though I wish it was a bit more transparent upfront. It wasn’t necessarily clear what you were paying for before you paid, but the process was easy. I thought the cost included a review by an attorney, but found out at the very end that the review would be an extra cost. Wish it was more transparent from the start.
