I had Susan as my attorney and she's a wonderful, kind person and I felt safe and taken care of with her. We went through the document together to make sure I understood what we were signing later. She made sure to put it into words I could comprehend. It's still not super inexpensive, especially with the attorney's fees (both parties need representation if you waive spousal support) but nothing to do with law is.. but I think def. more cost effective than hiring a lawyer.

Good and bad I really liked the application, it's very easy to choose the different options and it's written in simple words. On the other hand, I really found annoying that they don't have lawyers in every state, I feel like it is kind of a false advertisement.

Our financial advisor recommended a prenup as we enter into our second marriages, since we have more assets and grown children to consider. Lawyers wanted a min of $3500 retainer each and said the process would take at least a month. We considered writing an agreement ourselves but had no idea what we needed to include. We didn't need to hire the extra lawyer as we live in Texas so the price was pretty affordable. You do have to get the document notarized at the end which we did virtually through their recommended service. It was an extra $40 but saved us a trip to the bank and allowed us to completely finish in that same day. I obviously can't vouch for how it holds up in a divorce (and hopefully never will) but as far as getting it done they make it very easy and intuitive!
