Making difficult conversations EASY! When my fiance and I got engaged, we knew we wanted to do a prenup, even though most of our friends and family wondered why. I would suggest the following: 1) Monitor to see if any court cases have used HelloPrenup and prove that the documents can hold up in court 2) Include more FAQ links about the default State Law options directly in the platform, so it’s easier to see what the default law is when deciding if/how to deviate

Easy, But Not Thorough This was a very straight forward process. Working with your partner to review the questionnaire portion is helpful. This would be the best service and completely stress free IF the website actually provides suggested legal services like it advertises. At least, if you live in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area, you will not find legal services to review the prenup. Whatever you thought you were saving, you may end up spending on legal fees after all! Some may not want to have an attorney review it, but that is a huge faux pas and may pay for it later when a judge denies the validity of the prenup regardless of notary signatures.
