Good and bad I really liked the application, it's very easy to choose the different options and it's written in simple words. On the other hand, I really found annoying that they don't have lawyers in every state, I feel like it is kind of a false advertisement.

I was charged $50 for the online notary… I was charged $50 for the online notary and the link to go to the online notary was broken. had to go to Proof and pay for the notary in a separate process. I still got charged for the $50 even though the link didn’t work, and the whole process was not streamlined.

Easy, But Not Thorough This was a very straight forward process. Working with your partner to review the questionnaire portion is helpful. This would be the best service and completely stress free IF the website actually provides suggested legal services like it advertises. At least, if you live in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area, you will not find legal services to review the prenup. Whatever you thought you were saving, you may end up spending on legal fees after all! Some may not want to have an attorney review it, but that is a huge faux pas and may pay for it later when a judge denies the validity of the prenup regardless of notary signatures.

Easy to use Easy to use, though you need to go over your draft with an attorney to fully understand it. I had Susan as my attorney and she's a wonderful, kind person and I felt safe and taken care of with her. We went through the document together to make sure I understood what we were signing later. She made sure to put it into words I could comprehend. It's still not super inexpensive, especially with the attorney's fees (both parties need representation if you waive spousal support) but nothing to do with law is.. but I think def. more cost effective than hiring a lawyer.

Susan was absolutely amazing Susan was absolutely amazing! She took the time to break down the whole contract for me, section by section, making sure I had zero questions before moving on. What truly set her apart was her unwavering passion for her work. You can tell she genuinely wants to see you succeed and protect your most important assets. She's non-judgmental, super understanding, and goes the extra mile. I've chatted with her about 3-4 times, and she's so friendly and kind that it feels like we've been friends forever. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond, and I HIGHLY recommend her. I seriously can't say enough good things about her work!
