I would suggest the following: 1) Monitor to see if any court cases have used HelloPrenup and prove that the documents can hold up in court 2) Include more FAQ links about the default State Law options directly in the platform, so it’s easier to see what the default law is when deciding if/how to deviate

Easy to use Easy to use, though you need to go over your draft with an attorney to fully understand it. I had Susan as my attorney and she's a wonderful, kind person and I felt safe and taken care of with her. We went through the document together to make sure I understood what we were signing later. She made sure to put it into words I could comprehend. It's still not super inexpensive, especially with the attorney's fees (both parties need representation if you waive spousal support) but nothing to do with law is.. but I think def. more cost effective than hiring a lawyer.

Making difficult conversations EASY! When my fiance and I got engaged, we knew we wanted to do a prenup, even though most of our friends and family wondered why. We wanted to know where we were standing financially now, and discuss where we wanted to be financially in our future.
