The information at the beginning of the transaction was a little vague on the whole process, but once we got through that hurdle everything happened quickly and favorably. Overall worth it Pros; Paid for 30 day Passports and received them in just 10 days. They send a very detailed email outlining every step of the process. Using this service was pretty easy and very quick! Cons; Could not reach my “personal assistant.” Called multiple times. That was pretty frustrating. Submitted my documents for review and didn’t hear anything back until they already had my documents.
