Worst experience Worst experience ! I paid the extra $100 for an agent - my sons passport arrived but my husbands never did - it completely ruined our international travel plans and cost us thousands of dollars !!!!!! I ended up having to make an emergency passport appt at the federal building. When was finally able to get a hold of them bc they are only open M-F 9-5 , she was still clueless that my husbands passports ETA on their site was still 3 weeks away when I had paid for 9 business day expedited

I have to say I was very skeptical… I have to say I was very skeptical about this company but I was in a pinch, #1 they were very helpful and #2 they pulled a rabit out of the hat for me. Peeps in arizona use chandler post office on arizona Ave on the web site at like 7:30 in the morn mon to fri they post daily appointments and get passport photos before you go or they won't approve your application. Also need an additional 35 for there fee, yet thanks again passports and visas you really helped me out your awesome !

excellent customer service This company exceeded my expectations. They talked me through the entire process and everything went smoothly. I was assigned a case manager- Misty- who was fantastic. She was a person I could talk to on the phone and get answers to questions. I mailed in my documents on a Wednesday and had my new passport in my hands the following Wednesday. I am not one to write reviews but I just had to recommend this company.

What did you do? Honestly, I don’t understand exactly what I got for the $340. I mailed everything, to you, you submitted and then I got my passport (directly) from the government, *and paid their expedited fee. But, I paid for all these services… digital photos, fees, other things… but, besides submitting it, where did all those services go? You guys didn’t even ship it…?? It feels excessive and perhaps dishonest.

Poor Service You were recommended by my girlfriend. After I paid and initial emails were timely things went downhill rather quickly. There was no response for 4days from my assigned consultant. My girlfriend is having same adverse experience now. We both paid for 9 days expedited. I received my documents yesterday. About 14 days total. She is still waiting for an assistant to be assigned. Very poor service. Not worth the money I paid!
