Great service with exceptional communciation The communicate from misty was responsive, thorough and clear. She did an outstanding job answering my concerns/questions and following through with my order.

Discrimination I made an appointment for my mother to get assistance for getting my younger brothers passport. When she went in, the lady who helped her told her she couldn't help because it could only be done in English. My mother was refused service by Marissa who refused to provide a translator. She now has to make another appointment for her passport and cannot go back in fear of being refused assistance again.

Highly recommended for those panic… Highly recommended for those panic moments when a rush passport is needed. The website stating which documents are needed and uploading them to their site was clear and easy. They even send shipping labels for sending documents to them overnight.

The worst ever The worst ever. My so called « account manager » never called me back when I had questions. I had far better answers from the 877 US post office, passport section number than any of the Passports & Visas employees. Will never use again …

Process info confusing but overall good experience. The information at the beginning of the transaction was a little vague on the whole process, but once we got through that hurdle everything happened quickly and favorably. Mike Sosa was great to work with and Son Jenny with the document review team was very quick to respond to questions.
