They are a company that sends out paperwork but are not reliable. Spend your money elsewhere and find someone who actually cares

This company just wants to take your money and send you on your way. It's quick and easy, but the documents read like they're written by someone who barely passed English class. The salesman was clearly in a hurry and rushed through the call. He did answer my questions but failed to inform me that I would still have to pay the ticket when I send in the documents. I guess if the court waives the charge, then I'll get a refund. This should've been much clearer over the phone. I called to avoid paying $500, and now I'm paying $600 and hoping for a $500 refund. In addition, this customer service representative I spoke with just now to clarify the situation was rude didn't provide her name or anything beyond a one word answer. This company just wants to get your money and send you on your way.

It's a scam don't do it save yourselves… It's a scam don't do it save yourselves from this nightmare. I contacted them over the phone and they enticed me to provide my credit card info. After hanging up, I researched and noticed that they don't provide any service that you cannot do yourself. They simply fill out a trial by written declaration form for you which is easy to complete. They sent me emails asking for more information including a copy of my driver's license and a questionnaire. I never provided more information to them. I tried to cancel and get a refund with no success.
