This company just wants to take your money and send you on your way. It's quick and easy, but the documents read like they're written by someone who barely passed English class. The salesman was clearly in a hurry and rushed through the call. He did answer my questions but failed to inform me that I would still have to pay the ticket when I send in the documents. I guess if the court waives the charge, then I'll get a refund. This should've been much clearer over the phone. I called to avoid paying $500, and now I'm paying $600 and hoping for a $500 refund. In addition, this customer service representative I spoke with just now to clarify the situation was rude didn't provide her name or anything beyond a one word answer.
