After purchasing their LLC services, I encountered a change in my business plans and promptly requested a refund within the 7-day money-back window as per their policy. However, despite numerous emails and calls, they have failed to acknowledge my request or provide any assistance whatsoever. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is absolutely disgraceful. It's evident that this company cares more about making sales than fulfilling their obligations to their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice and proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and frustration and take your business elsewhere.
