Not a deal by any means.... They started off by hounding me to get set up. And I told them when I could make the initial $295 payment and then something changed and I had to reschedule it. Well, they did not let up in contacting me. Finally, by rearranging bills around, literally not paying other bills, I paid them to help me get my taxes sorted as a self employed person. They contact me back a week later and tell me it's going to cost me over 3,000 to fix this situation....I gave them $300 I didn't have, and they pushed for it, offering to post date it and everything. They finally get it and then want to charge me $3000....I specifically asked when I started this "I owe thousands, am I going to end up owing you thousands to fix my tax issues." And the said 'no, no, no, nothing like that. They wasted my time...and I was indeed misled.

This "business" is a scam This "business" is a scam. They will charge you $500 then a month later they will tell you that fee was for an "investigation" and charge you another $3000. Then once you pay that and they file your taxes they will claim you only paid for tax prep, even though they will continually say resolution in their communications up to this point. Then after all this they will keep telling you their supervisor is on a call or in a meeting. Save your money and avoid Ideal Tax Solutions.
