Through the whole process with Ideal… Through the whole process with Ideal Tax services; Carlos, was able to communicate with me and my husband and was very knowledgeable regarding Taxes. When I had multiple questions, Carlos always gave us a clear answer in a timely manner. Which gave us a peace of mind and understanding, since this was are first time hiring Ideal Tax to help us with are Taxes.

Feeling overwhelmed scared and… Feeling overwhelmed scared and embarrassed by my tax issues, i called ideal tax, and heard everything i needed to hear, and scrammed to come up with the money to pay them. I was under the impression things would move quickly and my payments wouldn’t start till after progress was made. I was passed from “ case manager” and after my initial payment stopped hearing from them. After many attempts to get clarity on the status of my case, I contacted the irs directly and got all the help, information and respect i could ask for. I feel i waisted my money and was mis lead a bit. Skip the middle man and go right to the irs. If its to good to be true, it is.

Case manager, Marlene Davalos was attentive and customer service oriented. Very transparent on ensuring that the customer is informed of each steps of the process. What made my experience great was the customer service that Marlene Davalos gave? She was very transparent and attentive to my needs. She let me know the process and what to expect when the process was complete.She also notified me when changes were needed. Overall, Ideal Tax was great I’d recommend this company, hands-down. Not a deal by any means.... They started off by hounding me to get set up. And I told them when I could make the initial $295 payment and then something changed and I had to reschedule it. Well, they did not let up in contacting me. Finally, by rearranging bills around, literally not paying other bills, I paid them to help me get my taxes sorted as a self employed person. They contact me back a week later and tell me it's going to cost me over 3,000 to fix this situation....I gave them $300 I didn't have, and they pushed for it, offering to post date it and everything. They finally get it and then want to charge me $3000....I specifically asked when I started this "I owe thousands, am I going to end up owing you thousands to fix my tax issues." And the said 'no, no, no, nothing like that. They wasted my time...and I was indeed misled.

Marlene was very diligent and patient… Marlene was very diligent and patient with helping us with our loan. Considering I’ve had a stroke and stutter a lot, she was never aggravated or annoyed with my speech delay. We appreciate her patience and help very much.
