GBBogus Screening Process Filled with Errors. We paid a lot of money to schedule our virtual Notary Cam session for a recent closing. What a joke that service turned out to be! The information provided in their screening process was completely useless and caused unnecessary stress because the choices to verify credit history at the time of our appointment were all incorrect. Too bad. Their system will kick you out if you fail their erroneous choices and then have you wait another 24 hours to try again. Who wants to do that!?! Why is it that if I go into a closing and have something notarized in person and provide the same forms of ID that I did to Notary Cam in advance of their appointment, a secondary system based on garbage information is utilized as a penalty at a virtual appointment? This makes no sense. The least Notary Cam could do is warn their customers this is coming in advance of an appointment. We had NO idea to expect this foolishness. After this fiasco and due to time constraints to close, we utilized a local mobile notary, saving us a ton of money and avoiding the absurd system used by Notary Cam. When we complained about this to Notary Cam, they were terse and defensive in their reply. Their upper management team offered NO help and no compassion for the experience! Never. Again!!

LKI had great difficulty in proceeding… I had great difficulty in proceeding with my notary cam procedure and they were realy helpful, quickly attending and was really helpful and patient with me. Really great service. Keep up the good work.

GBHorrible service! Horrible service!! My rep was rude!! In the end they couldn’t verify me as the system wasn’t working. This just cost AMEX a 22million dollar deposit! Good job notary cam!!!

SEtech problems First, when trying to upload my EIF file I receive multiple error messages "something went wrong, please try again" Finally following another link I reach another part of the notarycam website with a different layout and manage to upload my documents. second, when trying to book an appointment with a noray online, the booking tool suggests multiple time slots but when trying to book them in the end it says that the appointment is already taken. Taken slots should not be available to choose from? third, When "testing my device" the internet connection in my home is very good but I still don't get the test to show me just that, it just keeps on with the test circle. However, the meeting with the notary went just fine and the connection was great. fourth, In a mail from notary just before the meeting I receive a mail that "urgent additional information is needed, please respond to this mail asap". However, when chatting with the notary, no additional information besides my passport was necessary. Finally I have had my. EIF verified, but a lot of tension an tech issues to work on. Best regards
