the user interface is extremely rigid… the user interface is extremely rigid and limiting and the process has a lot of redundancy The 'schedule meeting' function is abysmal, it doesn't show available dates just lets you open it on your own and find out and when timeslots are available and you choose them, there is a delay before you are told that this meeting time is taken The Notaries themselves were awesome both times

Heather was great Heather was so helpful and understanding. Very unfortunately, my car battery was dead this am. Heather allowed me to get to work and sign at a later time. I was very grateful that I did not need to reschedule. She was very pleasant and professional. Thanks!

Horrible service! Horrible service!! My rep was rude!! In the end they couldn’t verify me as the system wasn’t working. This just cost AMEX a 22million dollar deposit! Good job notary cam!!!
