Call/ emailed everyday, always told busy can't get to the phone. Never receive a call back. But yet gets nasty and says she reached out and I didn't respond. Then told my case would be given to someone else because Catherine Brock is over loaded Still can't file this years taxes because she doesn't answer my emails requesting copies of the taxes she filed ( which by law is required to supply me with). It's over a year and a half. Nothing but letters from the IRS. Called IRS they told me my account is not being worked for a payment plan. They have but me in collections and is now seeking Levy action. I guess it's time to get a lawyer.

Victory Tax Solutions....Problem SOLVED! Victory Tax Solutions did for me, exactly what they said they’d do! They basically made my $17,000 tax debt go away, and I can honestly say that they gave me the relief that I didn’t think was possible. Everything they told me they’d do, they did, from making the first offer, all the way through the appeal process. And even when I was worried after not hearing anything back for a while, they were still working. I appreciate everything and everyone that worked on my case and would recommend them for anyone in my situation.

Exceptional service Our experience with Victory Tax Solutions has been great. They are very true to their word - everything they said they were going to do has been done expeditiously. Everyone there is so easy to talk to and they all work together. I can't thank Colby, John, Greg, Erick, and Carrie (I hope I didn't leave anyone out) enough for what they have done and are still doing. I would highly recommend them.

I have read all these great comments on… I have read all these great comments on how this place has gotten them out of a jam or payments lowered, interest fees dropped. BUT yet once I finished my payments to them I never heard from them again until the IRS took our income tax refund this year and I have emailed several people I have left messages I have even texted and yet no answers no response nothing just took our money and that was that. Asked for refund still havent heard nothing. I am totally upset with this company
