terrible customer service terrible customer service! I paid $1500 up front over a year ago. they followed that up with an aggressive scare tactic to get another $3300 from me in April with 0 results. They were supposed to get a payment plan set up and it wasn't done and the only way I found out about it was contacting the IRS personally. Spoke with the owner about a refund for my $3300 and he said he has to get with consul. How can the owner not make a decision about doing the right thing and refunding my money???

Exceptional service Our experience with Victory Tax Solutions has been great. They are very true to their word - everything they said they were going to do has been done expeditiously. Victory Tax Solutions....Problem SOLVED! Victory Tax Solutions did for me, exactly what they said they’d do! They basically made my $17,000 tax debt go away, and I can honestly say that they gave me the relief that I didn’t think was possible.
