Christina was the best! Christina turned my experience around. I wanted to just not go through with it after an experience I had in the office. I think it's very unprofessional for a staff member to discuss my personal business in front of the four people who were in the waiting area. I was very upset, however Christina took care of me in a very professional manner. I appreciate her more than she knows.
