I was very skeptical going in after … I was very skeptical going in after processing all the pre-paperwork prior to my visit. But the staff and especially Ms Farley were very friendly and helpful which made my visit much easier. I really didn't want to file bankruptcy, but my current conditions (I am losing my job) left me no other choice. Ms Farley went over all the paperwork in detail and ensured I understood all the ramifications for this process. She answered all my questions and even though I still feel bad about filing, the process is there for people who have no other choices. Great customer service!
