BGGreat service Great service, after 4 hours delay of the flight I just submitted claim via ClaimCompass, attached the documents. Yes, i had to print couple of papers and sign, it took may be couple of months, but you just fill in everything and wait. I received 500 euros for two tickets with almost no effort.
