Scam I dont know what happened to this company. All those good experiences but i got scamed. I made a request 2 years ago. My friend tried to get the refund via the official way. He got the money from the airline 5 month ago while i still didn't get anything from claimcompass. Everytime i reach out to them the same generated respond that they are working on it. Never again!

It took them 2 months to process… It took them 2 months to process everything and there was no issue with the payment. Things went smoothly. Their commission was 35%. Overall, highly recommended.
