Scam I dont know what happened to this company. All those good experiences but i got scamed. I made a request 2 years ago. My friend tried to get the refund via the official way. He got the money from the airline 5 month ago while i still didn't get anything from claimcompass. Everytime i reach out to them the same generated respond that they are working on it. Never again!

You will get your piece of justice 😄 It would be helpful to get more timely updates on where the process is at, but you get what they promise. 🙌
