I wasn’t able to get their services at… I wasn’t able to get their services at this time, but they were honest with me to explain that my case would not be something that would benefit me and they wouldn’t to advantage of me, the representative was upfront and honest- didn’t try to “sell me “ but actually wanted to give me good advice tailored for my situation and actually help. I would recommend giving them a call. Was honest with the cost , policy’s etc. good experience

Her expertise in explaining each step by email correspondence or contact by phone made "things" seem so perfectly clear. I never felt put down by her. And in fact she seemed more like a personal friend than a business acquaintance. I owed nearly $10,000 and she helped me reduce my liability to $200.00. What a relief! I have to say I am completely satisfied… I have to say I am completely satisfied beyond measure with Tax Tiger! I was stressed for many years and was at odds to thinking anyone could help. Tax Tiger litigated for me and represented me very well to the IRS. 42,000 dollars in back taxes was diminished to an affordable payoff of 1,400 dollars. Average For tax resolution, this company did a good job and l feel they should stick to that part of the business. Filing taxes was a nightmare, with significant multiple errors... I had to call them multiple times before they could even look at them again and their explanation was pitiful. I would strongly recommend them for tax resolution but NEVER file your taxes.
