The Team at Tax Tiger have been great… The Team at Tax Tiger have been great to work with starting from Day 1 when we arrived for our consultation with Ms. Julia Dunbar. Julia was direct and informational about our situation. She was confident they could help us get caught up and/or do amendments where necessary. The staff are responsive and knowledgeable. Once we determined Tax Tiger was who we needed to move forward with and julia took over, the intimidating letters from the IRS stopped. Much of my contact was with Monika, (awesome) and our tax preparer Alondra (also awesome). The process seemed daunting at first but became easier with each step. I don't plan on leaving this well-rounded group of professionals. The rest of the staff are great too. They are quick to reply to calls, emails or texts. It's much appreciated.

I have to say I am completely satisfied… I have to say I am completely satisfied beyond measure with Tax Tiger! I was stressed for many years and was at odds to thinking anyone could help. Tax Tiger litigated for me and represented me very well to the IRS. 42,000 dollars in back taxes was diminished to an affordable payoff of 1,400 dollars. I was shocked, relieved and felt Gods Mercy on my life. Thank you Tax Tiger for all your hard work, great communication, and wonderful ethics. Steer clear of these folks as they will… Steer clear of these folks as they will claim they are trying to contact you and get paperwork but never answer calls and no resolution. They will then terminate your case and ask for more money to reopen and will not give you a refund as they have done nothing. It seems as though I am no alone in this as I have read many reviews like mine. You definitely are not God fearing people as you claim to do folks this way.
