I had to call several times for the initial response to the creation of my Delaware Corp. I made online, and after many calls I received the corp name registered, but I'm still waiting for the Corp. File and the minutes. All this since March 2019

Not sure if this company is truely… Not sure if this company is truely legit. I signed up for a registerd agent and only received a receipt. No other information was sent no one answers their phone. There is also no voice mail.
