Not responding Everything was fine at the beginning. But we can not get any response to our emails for 4 months after our application for ITIN. No answers to emails, no reply to calls. We made the payments. I even told them that I will share my negative experience online. But they don't care or reply anymore. Last reply was on 5/15. I am not sure if they are dead or sort of a problem regarding Covid exists.
