In the meantime, we adjusted our financial plans and found that this WILL was not set up for the TRUST we needed to do what we wanted for our grandchildren. That being said, the only flaw I see is that there was a week of "technical difficulties" that kept me from retrieving my password to log in, initially. The refund process was fast and efficient and the people were very friendly! Maybe down the road, there will be specific programs for the various states... Thank you!

Easy to use If you have any complexities such as a trust or disinheriting someone, online wills are probably not the way to go. That said, Epic Will is an easy to use website that walks you through the process step by step. It is very good for simple and straightforward wills. Ultimately I was not able to use it but not because of a problem with the product itself. The company worked with me to understand my challenge and issued me a full refund.

For that reason, I'd recommend that anyone whose will is relatively straightforward definitely use Epic Will--super affordable and easy to use. For more complicated estates, save yourself some time and hire a pro.
