Great platform for straightforward wills Epic Will was clear, streamlined, and easy-to-use. Great service! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it didn't have enough options for us to complete our estate documents and we ended up moving forward with a lawyer for our needs. For that reason, I'd recommend that anyone whose will is relatively straightforward definitely use Epic Will--super affordable and easy to use. For more complicated estates, save yourself some time and hire a pro.

supper quick refund Like many others this product didn't work for me. I have a blended family and a common but slightly more complicated situation. I'm planning on just seeing an attorney. I requested a refund via the customer service email address and received a response in less than an hour with proof of refund. Five stars for that. If you are single or married with only kids from your current marriage than this might work for you.

Great start Having a will, especially if you have children, is so important and this will is so easy to use. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we needed something a little more in depth. Hopefully that type of product will be available soon and even more people will benefit from this great product.

Exceeded expectations! Great product. We actually thought we were just getting our wills, but we actually got an entire package including wills, advanced directives, financial POA's, and more. Very easy to fill out the forms. Excellent price. I did have to contact customer service for one question, and I got an answer within an hour!

Couldn’t have been easier! I have avoided making a will since I got divorced a couple of years ago. I heard about your service on a podcast by Annie F. Downs, and it sounded less intimidating than going to a lawyer. It really couldn't have been easier. Every term was explained in language I could understand, and the step-by-step instructions helped me to thoroughly think through all of the important questions. Now, it's a huge burden lifted to know that my daughter will be taken care of according to my wishes if something happens to me.
