Great Customer Service, Easy Process We found Epic Will through the Ben Shapiro discount. The process was easy. Just fill out the forms online answering guided questions, print and have the documents notarized, then upload your notarized documents and you're all set. After that, Epic Will staff are always there to take good care of you. We had a technical issue with one of our wills not appearing in the spouse's account. The Epic staff took personal care of us with one point of contact to assist us and answer all of our questions. They consistently followed up with us personally to keep us updated and when resolved followed up again to ensure all of the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Great customer service goes a long way and personal attention even further! Highly recommend Epic Will! 5 Stars all the way!

Great start Having a will, especially if you have children, is so important and this will is so easy to use. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we needed something a little more in depth. Hopefully that type of product will be available soon and even more people will benefit from this great product.

supper quick refund Like many others this product didn't work for me. I have a blended family and a common but slightly more complicated situation. I'm planning on just seeing an attorney. I requested a refund via the customer service email address and received a response in less than an hour with proof of refund. Five stars for that. If you are single or married with only kids from your current marriage than this might work for you.

Easy to use If you have any complexities such as a trust or disinheriting someone, online wills are probably not the way to go. That said, Epic Will is an easy to use website that walks you through the process step by step. It is very good for simple and straightforward wills. Ultimately I was not able to use it but not because of a problem with the product itself. The company worked with me to understand my challenge and issued me a full refund.
