supper quick refund Like many others this product didn't work for me. I have a blended family and a common but slightly more complicated situation. I'm planning on just seeing an attorney. I requested a refund via the customer service email address and received a response in less than an hour with proof of refund. Five stars for that. If you are single or married with only kids from your current marriage than this might work for you.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it didn't have enough options for us to complete our estate documents and we ended up moving forward with a lawyer for our needs. For that reason, I'd recommend that anyone whose will is relatively straightforward definitely use Epic Will--super affordable and easy to use. For more complicated estates, save yourself some time and hire a pro.

Great Customer Service, Easy Process We found Epic Will through the Ben Shapiro discount. The process was easy. Just fill out the forms online answering guided questions, print and have the documents notarized, then upload your notarized documents and you're all set. After that, Epic Will staff are always there to take good care of you. We had a technical issue with one of our wills not appearing in the spouse's account. The Epic staff took personal care of us with one point of contact to assist us and answer all of our questions. They consistently followed up with us personally to keep us updated and when resolved followed up again to ensure all of the issues were resolved to our satisfaction.
