supper quick refund Like many others this product didn't work for me. I have a blended family and a common but slightly more complicated situation. I'm planning on just seeing an attorney. I requested a refund via the customer service email address and received a response in less than an hour with proof of refund. Five stars for that. If you are single or married with only kids from your current marriage than this might work for you.

Although Epic Will didn’t fit my… Although Epic Will didn’t fit my family’s needs, the customer support and quick response (I’d like to especially send a shout out to Shanna!) made working with them a breeze. That being said, my mother and father have used Epic Will and I would recommend it to anyone as a first step in estate planning.

Fast, easy, thorough, inexpensive! I have needed to make a will for a very long time but between cost and being time consuming I kept putting it off. I heard about Epic Will through Matt Walsh from The Daily Wire. I am beyond thrilled. The questions were easy to answer, directions were easy to follow and the price was perfect. I love the idea and was able to begin… I love the idea and was able to begin the process to pass it onto my husband. In the meantime, we adjusted our financial plans and found that this WILL was not set up for the TRUST we needed to do what we wanted for our grandchildren. That being said, the only flaw I see is that there was a week of "technical difficulties" that kept me from retrieving my password to log in, initially. The refund process was fast and efficient and the people were very friendly! Maybe down the road, there will be specific programs for the various states... Thank you!
