Couldn’t have been easier! I have avoided making a will since I got divorced a couple of years ago. I heard about your service on a podcast by Annie F. Downs, and it sounded less intimidating than going to a lawyer. It really couldn't have been easier. Every term was explained in language I could understand, and the step-by-step instructions helped me to thoroughly think through all of the important questions. Now, it's a huge burden lifted to know that my daughter will be taken care of according to my wishes if something happens to me.

I love the idea and was able to begin… I love the idea and was able to begin the process to pass it onto my husband. In the meantime, we adjusted our financial plans and found that this WILL was not set up for the TRUST we needed to do what we wanted for our grandchildren. That being said, the only flaw I see is that there was a week of "technical difficulties" that kept me from retrieving my password to log in, initially. The refund process was fast and efficient and the people were very friendly! Maybe down the road, there will be specific programs for the various states... Thank you!

They Made the Process of Making a Will Easy Having to create a will honestly was a daunting task and I was nervous about the whole process. However, Epic Will helped bring peace into my chaos. The website was easy to navigate, and the questions were straight forward. Their customer service was quick to respond with any questions that I had. I would recommend Epic Will to anyone who needs help walking through the tough process of making a will.

Although Epic Will didn’t fit my… Although Epic Will didn’t fit my family’s needs, the customer support and quick response (I’d like to especially send a shout out to Shanna!) made working with them a breeze. That being said, my mother and father have used Epic Will and I would recommend it to anyone as a first step in estate planning.
