Great Customer Service, Easy Process We found Epic Will through the Ben Shapiro discount. The process was easy. Just fill out the forms online answering guided questions, print and have the documents notarized, then upload your notarized documents and you're all set. After that, Epic Will staff are always there to take good care of you. We had a technical issue with one of our wills not appearing in the spouse's account. The Epic staff took personal care of us with one point of contact to assist us and answer all of our questions. They consistently followed up with us personally to keep us updated and when resolved followed up again to ensure all of the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Easy to use If you have any complexities such as a trust or disinheriting someone, online wills are probably not the way to go. That said, Epic Will is an easy to use website that walks you through the process step by step. It is very good for simple and straightforward wills. Ultimately I was not able to use it but not because of a problem with the product itself. The company worked with me to understand my challenge and issued me a full refund.
