GBEasy and affordable will I am a single person with 2 adult children and a simple "estate" with a home, car and a few cherished items. I wanted an affordable way to legally memorialize my final wishes. Epic Will was not only very affordable but easy to complete with clear instructions. GBI love the idea and was able to begin… I love the idea and was able to begin the process to pass it onto my husband. In the meantime, we adjusted our financial plans and found that this WILL was not set up for the TRUST we needed to do what we wanted for our grandchildren. That being said, the only flaw I see is that there was a week of "technical difficulties" that kept me from retrieving my password to log in, initially. The refund process was fast and efficient and the people were very friendly! Maybe down the road, there will be specific programs for the various states... Thank you!

GBsupper quick refund Like many others this product didn't work for me. I have a blended family and a common but slightly more complicated situation. I'm planning on just seeing an attorney. I requested a refund via the customer service email address and received a response in less than an hour with proof of refund. Five stars for that. If you are single or married with only kids from your current marriage than this might work for you.
