Downs, and it sounded less intimidating than going to a lawyer. It really couldn't have been easier. Every term was explained in language I could understand, and the step-by-step instructions helped me to thoroughly think through all of the important questions. Now, it's a huge burden lifted to know that my daughter will be taken care of according to my wishes if something happens to me.

GBEasy to use If you have any complexities such as a trust or disinheriting someone, online wills are probably not the way to go. That said, Epic Will is an easy to use website that walks you through the process step by step. It is very good for simple and straightforward wills. Ultimately I was not able to use it but not because of a problem with the product itself. The company worked with me to understand my challenge and issued me a full refund.

GBExceeded expectations! Great product. We actually thought we were just getting our wills, but we actually got an entire package including wills, advanced directives, financial POA's, and more. Very easy to fill out the forms. Excellent price. I did have to contact customer service for one question, and I got an answer within an hour!
