Terrible service Terrible service. Charged me for my order. Then only uploaded draft version of documents. Took more than 4 months (and still waiting) to get signature version of documents needed for financing. Only way to contact via chat where response is simply will be done in 24-48 hours. And then I need to reach out again and same thing. I would not recommend this service.

LLC Dissolution Process I had a complicated LLC dissolution process that I needed to attend while abroad. Rowel helped me online and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and he provided me with all the information I needed to put my dissolution request via LegalZoom.

Legal Zoom did not save Important Documents I hired Legal Zoom to dissolve my LLC in New Jersey. However, they failed to save a key Tax Certification Clearance document that is required for other purposes. They failed to electronically save it, or mail me a hard-copy. It was easily accessible online, but now that the LLC is dissolved, I need to manually contact the NJ Treasury Dept for it, and likely pay more fees to obtain it.
