Obviously things that you would have to do with a lawyer too, but a little more clarity would be nice. All in all the support is great so they got me through most of the humps.

Very easy to navigate Very easy to navigate. The questions made filling everything out very simple. Read the instructions for your state carefully. I had to reprint my documents because I didn’t read everything completely. Other than that, it was great

HORRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE Answered the questions, then the forms filled out were absolutely incorrect with both my answers and what needed to be answered. When I called their customer service WELL within their posted hours, I got voicemail for over 20 minutes. Finally just left a message asking to be called back the next day, never happened. ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF!!!

Fast to complete 123divorceme.com was faster and easier than the government page if that is a seller for you. Only wish it had guidance and links to help efile because the government page also makes that super confusing and in person is a bit unknown at this time due to COVID19.
