FAMILY COURT DIRECT IS AWFUL!!!!! After I paid $159 to join, for what was discosed as an urget representation/filing, Family Court Direct was late for their appointment call then told me it would take 2-3 weeks for a lawyer callback. MANAGER KELLY CROSS IS RUDE! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I STILLL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND! FCD is refusing to return my WASTED time! FCD DESERVES MINUS 50 STARS!!!!!!!!!!

We are so grateful for Familycourt… We are so grateful for Familycourt direct. Not only were they so very quick to respond to us but they have explained everything throughout our whole process and no matter how many questions we have they are so understanding and they walk through everything with us so that we never feel that we are alone and have to figure things out by ourselves. They have been so wonderful through the worst possible times in our life when we lost our daughter they stepped in to help us. We are so grateful for them!

The service was terrible The service was terrible. I hired this service and to begin with they asked me for a registration that I had to pay. They told me that they were going to call me and today I have 21 days and they have not called me. They only made me pay 269 dollars and they never called me and I decided to cancel. El servicio fue pésimo contrate este servicio y para empezar me pidieron una inscripcion que tenia que pagar me dijeron que me iban a llamar y hoy tengo 21 días y no me han llamado solo me hicieron pagar 269 dólares y jamás me llamaron y mejor decidí cancelar
