the lawyer was so intimidating i didnt even want to go thru with it but the assistant was marvelous and very kind.. Coming in was great the people were welcoming and the office invluding the bathroom were spotless. When it was my turn to see a lawyer,the assistant and lawyer went through my case and the lawyer made me feel like i had no chance in winning,very discouraging talk. His tone and body language was out the roof. That was my first experience with a lawyer so i am not sure if thats the way the lawyers are in general. The assistant did his job beautifully but he wasnt going to be the one representing me.

Settlement We settled out of court for much more than I anticipated. The process seemed long and at times I was unsure about proceeding, but this was my first time of initiating a suit. The outcome was better than I could have anticipated and I'm glad I persevered. Amy and Steve were reassuring.

Experience Counts Having used Mr.Ellis once before for a personal injury case involving my daughter I had only high expectations when I required a lawyer once again. This time he and his staff did not let me down. The receptionists, para-legals are exceptional and my questions were answered in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

Did not receive the defense I expected… Did not receive the defense I expected was given the same deal that was being offered by the Prosecutor except I now had to pay $3500 to thget lawyer on top of the $4000 to the courts doesn't make sense to me.

Still waiting for feed back on email I sent three weeks ago. The lawyer Hertbert Ellis was extremely prompt and concerned in addressing my situation. However, I emailed additional paperwork and requested feed back and the paralegal Audrey said the attorney was on trial and when he gets a chance will call be with an update. However I haven't heard from anyone.
