Amazing I got a traffic ticket because of using hand held device (cell phone) while driving which was my third offence. Judge said the fine shall be driver license suspension, $600 fine and points. So I called Mr. Ellis' office. I got the result yesterday which was $150 fine plus court fee $33, no points and no license suspension. the lawyer was so intimidating i didnt even want to go thru with it but the assistant was marvelous and very kind.. Coming in was great the people were welcoming and the office invluding the bathroom were spotless. When it was my turn to see a lawyer,the assistant and lawyer went through my case and the lawyer made me feel like i had no chance in winning,very discouraging talk. His tone and body language was out the roof. That was my first experience with a lawyer so i am not sure if thats the way the lawyers are in general. The assistant did his job beautifully but he wasnt going to be the one representing me.
