I received a call today from Evelyn Fey, Strategic Client Advisor, who provided Full Transparency on the process and advised they are there to HELP with Creditors. I feel confident they will handle a Demand Letter received from one of my Creditors, that was a Federal Credit Union. She ensured they will resend another Power of Attorney from Centurey Law Firm.
