They explained the process very well and settled multiple debts for far less than what was owed. 2 are completely paid off and the last one just settled and will be done in 12 more payments. Be so cautious Prior to hiring I had never missed a payment, I was just being buried in interest. I hired them and they told me to stop making payments so they could leverage that to get a lower total amount due. Instead I got sued by multiple creditors, and they have now cost me 17k+ more than they originally pitched. I hope they didn't do this intentionally but they certainly failed, epically, in what they told me they could do. If you have any alternative to this road, take it. Call your credit card companies yourself and see if they can help you negotiate some path.
