This is absolutely a scam This is absolutely a scam. You sign an agreement to promise to pay them a set amount of money to resolve your debt. They sell you on this with the heads up that your credit will be negatively affected, but instead they collect more "fees" than agreed upon on the amortization schedule and don't pay your debt. You are left at the end of your program to either pay more or get handed back the debt that they agreed to resolve for you. Basically they pocketed $26K for themselves and didn't pay my debt.

Very Professional Just started working with this company. So far, they have been upfront with everything. They have answered every question that i have asked and even go further in explaining what the procedures are and how they work. I have worked with Alison De Leon and she explains what is and is very professional.

Im just debt free today Im just debt free today ! Just got a call from Alexia C (one of the specialists) to congratulate me from my debt program with them. Its been a long journey but it ended today. So thanks so much to you guys. They walked me through the process and problems that those creditors threw at me. Whenever i got the lawsuit from creditors or summon by court, they will always be there for me to protect me. I can just sit back, relax and let them deal with all those problems. Thanks so much again to everyone in the company !!

I would not recommend using this… I would not recommend using this company. This is the second company that I have used and I did not have a problem with the one that I used a number of years ago. I signed the paperwork which included a payback schedule. I understand that, that could change due to negotiations can change. Well after their final negotiations, they do not send you a updated payback schedule. My final negotiation was over 3 years ago and the original payback schedule had my last payment due 1/14/24. To this date I still do not know when my final payment will end and if it will ever end. Three months of phone calls and being sent wrong information and who knows when this will end. Since they do not send you information on when your loan will ever end or even care if they send you that information. Don't sign anything that is not concrete or you could be paying for the rest of your life. So from my personal experience I can not recommend using this firm.

I am only 3 months in the Debt… I am only 3 months in the Debt Settlement Process with Century Law Firm. I received a call today from Evelyn Fey, Strategic Client Advisor, who provided Full Transparency on the process and advised they are there to HELP with Creditors. I feel confident they will handle a Demand Letter received from one of my Creditors, that was a Federal Credit Union. She ensured they will resend another Power of Attorney from Centurey Law Firm. They value you as a client and you can put Trust in them. I greatly appreciate the Open communication Evelyn Fey provided as she was simply Wonderful and Reassuring to talk with on the phone discussing Century's Law Process of the Debt Settlement.
