GBI would not recommend using this… I would not recommend using this company. This is the second company that I have used and I did not have a problem with the one that I used a number of years ago. I signed the paperwork which included a payback schedule. I understand that, that could change due to negotiations can change. Well after their final negotiations, they do not send you a updated payback schedule. My final negotiation was over 3 years ago and the original payback schedule had my last payment due 1/14/24. To this date I still do not know when my final payment will end and if it will ever end. Three months of phone calls and being sent wrong information and who knows when this will end. Since they do not send you information on when your loan will ever end or even care if they send you that information. Don't sign anything that is not concrete or you could be paying for the rest of your life. So from my personal experience I can not recommend using this firm.

GBsometimes bad thing happen to good… sometimes bad thing happen to good people, I found wondefull people to help me when I needed them. I tried working with the credit card people and the blew me off, Cnetury not only were nice and helpfull I was able to salvage my credit , home and reputation, I was advise by others do a BK and start over, I said no I want to pay do the responsible thing and Century help me do it RIGHT

GB4-1/2 yrs later...... I am 4-1/2 yrs into the program with Century and just made my last payment, but I have called them several times asking what happens now because all my accounts aren't paid. I have been told 3 times over several months that some accounts take longer than expected and that I will probably have to make another 26 payments. OVER 2 MORE YAERS LONGER!!!???? I am beginning to wonder what they have been doing for 4.5 years with 11 accounts of mine. Usually I get a phone call when I send an email but now I'm not getting that and my program is supposed to be over right now.
