GBThis is absolutely a scam This is absolutely a scam. You sign an agreement to promise to pay them a set amount of money to resolve your debt. They sell you on this with the heads up that your credit will be negatively affected, but instead they collect more "fees" than agreed upon on the amortization schedule and don't pay your debt. You are left at the end of your program to either pay more or get handed back the debt that they agreed to resolve for you. Basically they pocketed $26K for themselves and didn't pay my debt.

GBIm just debt free today Im just debt free today ! Just got a call from Alexia C (one of the specialists) to congratulate me from my debt program with them. Its been a long journey but it ended today. So thanks so much to you guys. They walked me through the process and problems that those creditors threw at me. Whenever i got the lawsuit from creditors or summon by court, they will always be there for me to protect me. I can just sit back, relax and let them deal with all those problems. Thanks so much again to everyone in the company !!

GB4-1/2 yrs later...... I am 4-1/2 yrs into the program with Century and just made my last payment, but I have called them several times asking what happens now because all my accounts aren't paid. I have been told 3 times over several months that some accounts take longer than expected and that I will probably have to make another 26 payments. OVER 2 MORE YAERS LONGER!!!???? I am beginning to wonder what they have been doing for 4.5 years with 11 accounts of mine. Usually I get a phone call when I send an email but now I'm not getting that and my program is supposed to be over right now.

GBBe so cautious Prior to hiring I had never missed a payment, I was just being buried in interest. I hired them and they told me to stop making payments so they could leverage that to get a lower total amount due. Instead I got sued by multiple creditors, and they have now cost me 17k+ more than they originally pitched. I hope they didn't do this intentionally but they certainly failed, epically, in what they told me they could do. If you have any alternative to this road, take it. Call your credit card companies yourself and see if they can help you negotiate some path.
