Very Professional Just started working with this company. So far, they have been upfront with everything. They have answered every question that i have asked and even go further in explaining what the procedures are and how they work. I have worked with Alison De Leon and she explains what is and is very professional.

Always ready to help Whenever I call they are very courteous and helpful in making me feel at ease. I know they are working hard to resolve my credit issues. When I called them today 1/30/24 at 12 pm the nice person I talked to was very with answering my questions. I give Lindsey five stars for her help today.

4-1/2 yrs later...... I am 4-1/2 yrs into the program with Century and just made my last payment, but I have called them several times asking what happens now because all my accounts aren't paid. I have been told 3 times over several months that some accounts take longer than expected and that I will probably have to make another 26 payments. OVER 2 MORE YAERS LONGER!!!???? I am beginning to wonder what they have been doing for 4.5 years with 11 accounts of mine. Usually I get a phone call when I send an email but now I'm not getting that and my program is supposed to be over right now.

Advisor Alexus Krotzer was fantastic today on a follow-up; she updated me, answered my questions, and reassured me that my case was important to the firm and receiving the full attention. Will Gooler my litigation contact re: escalating cases has been amazing as well. Oftentimes I'm not able to catch phone calls, so his email communications have been valuable - he's always thorough and professional. A distinction that sets Century law firm apart from other debt settlement programs is legal representation, which most debt solution programs don't have. Century is a law firm so attorneys are already in place to respond. There's no need to look outside for an attorney. Century law firm really feels like a package deal.
