Very Professional Just started working with this company. So far, they have been upfront with everything. They have answered every question that i have asked and even go further in explaining what the procedures are and how they work. Be so cautious Prior to hiring I had never missed a payment, I was just being buried in interest. I hired them and they told me to stop making payments so they could leverage that to get a lower total amount due. Instead I got sued by multiple creditors, and they have now cost me 17k+ more than they originally pitched. I hope they didn't do this intentionally but they certainly failed, epically, in what they told me they could do. If you have any alternative to this road, take it. Call your credit card companies yourself and see if they can help you negotiate some path.

She handled my concern in a very efficient manor and relayed to me updates about my account without me having to ask. This company has been awesome to work with. Everyone I have talked to have been very courteous and informative. I know I made the right choice to entrust my finances with them.

Im just debt free today Im just debt free today ! Just got a call from Alexia C (one of the specialists) to congratulate me from my debt program with them. Its been a long journey but it ended today. So thanks so much to you guys. They walked me through the process and problems that those creditors threw at me. Whenever i got the lawsuit from creditors or summon by court, they will always be there for me to protect me. I can just sit back, relax and let them deal with all those problems.
