I was being Garnished from another… I was being Garnished from another state which I was told was Illegal in the state of Texas. My Lawyer told me he could get my case started asap, and as he promised he got it started and the Garnishment stopped within a month of filling out the paperwork. My Lawyer was available to me anytime. If I had questions, he would follow up with me within twenty-four hours. I most DEFINETLY would recommend this Law Firm.

Scam With only asking how much my previous pay check was, instead of calculating my last 6 months of checkstubs, I was told that I made too much for Ch.13. I authorized a $100 before speaking with the attorney. I then find out that they want $1,830 before filing my bankruptcy. I was ignored for 2 days while I contacted the intake person, to request the payments stop. I spoke with someone who said I would not be receiving a refund, and I have no email stating that my payment plan is terminated. Waste of time and resources. According to the Indiana law, I am eligible to file Ch 7 Bankruptcy. Do your research before contacting this place.
