Bottom line is they have my money now and don't give a crap! Run now while you have a chance. The lawyer I was assigned quit midway (never notified) because firm only pays them pennies. Hire a local not global lawyer and tell these punks to f/off! Shawn

Criminals pretending to be Lawyers Was informed in January I was due a refund for a bankruptcy I was never able to file in 2017. Since that I’ve been given the run around from this company sending false emails of checks in the mail and I should receive by 3/6/2023, and here it is the end of April and I’m still be given the run around. Also contacted BBB and the company didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to them or even contact me.

Scam With only asking how much my previous pay check was, instead of calculating my last 6 months of checkstubs, I was told that I made too much for Ch.13. I authorized a $100 before speaking with the attorney. I then find out that they want $1,830 before filing my bankruptcy. I was ignored for 2 days while I contacted the intake person, to request the payments stop. I spoke with someone who said I would not be receiving a refund, and I have no email stating that my payment plan is terminated. Waste of time and resources. According to the Indiana law, I am eligible to file Ch 7 Bankruptcy. Do your research before contacting this place.

I had a wonderful experience with DAVID… I had a wonderful experience with DAVID DODD at Upright Law. I needed to get a bankruptcy for a fresh start and his help was exceptional.
