Scam!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy Scam. order PP5803 not arrived since paying for it in scam!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience! I must say I was skeptical about purchasing from Pet&Path but I've had the best experience, customer service is no doubt one of the best I've ever delt with! The products we purchased (Pet&Path magic hammock and the snake) are of incredible quality and as a bonus we got a ebook of many tips and tricks for free! I highly recommend this company, they're doing amazing things, I just wish they had more products I could purchase for my fur babies.

I received my order promptly I received my order promptly. One of three mechanics snakes was damaged. I sent an email explaining the issue and received a response within 48 hours. The issue was addressed promptly and effectively. The product is great and good value for money.

Can't fault customer service and support My cat didn't like the toy but I can't fault the product or the customer service and support. I'll definitely be looking at alternatives for Benny (my cat).
