Scam Scam. Took over $1k, never filed any paperwork for my trademark. They have blocked my number since so I have no way of contacting them.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!!! Where do I even begin? First, I am a stay-at-home mom with a small business that makes very little money, and they scammed $2,764 out of me despite their website saying it costs $249 for their deluxe package. Nothing on their website says anything about any additional fees that accompany their services, and these fees were never discussed with me prior. Do not trust them; do not do business with them. Learn from my mistakes and either file your stuff by yourself or find someone else to do it because you'll lose more money than it actually takes to file anything.

So far So far, everything has been carried out as promised. No issues, excellent service and much sooner than we anticipated, my 8-digit serial number was issued and posted on the USPTO website
