Incredibly deceptive. Incredibly deceptive. Make sure you understand the total cost upfront. This company advertises a price for acquiring a trademark, then proceeds to demand more fees that were not originally disclosed. Their representative will even go as far as to say that if the Trademark application is abandoned, you can no longer use your company name, and pressure you about final notices (They helped me apply in November of 2023, and in April of 2024 made it seem that I had to pay them immediately (you have six months).

They registered my trademark with USPTO… They registered my trademark with USPTO at a very reasonable rate and provided me installment program which is a very convenient option for small businesses.

Excuse after Excuse I paid for the expedited service to receive my serial number in 7 days. That was on Sept 28th. It is now November 5th and every time I email them, I'm given some random excuse and told it'll be next (week, day, 24 hours). Don't really know what I paid for.

They force you to pay money and not do any work They charged $1200 for filing the trademarks in multiple classes. Once they got the money, there has been no response from them. Stay away from this company, they are a complete scam.
