They just take your money and do not respond They forced me to pay for three trademark classes, claiming that my application wouldn't be approved otherwise. However, they filed for only one trademark class, and it was the wrong one, which is not usable for me at all (this was verified with another lawyer). When I reached out to them, they started making up stories and are not even responding to my messages or emails. Stay away from them. They never do anything on time and just lie to you. My $1,300 is down the drain, and they don't even respond. I wish I could share screenshots of their messages.
