USI had the exact same negative experience today… I had the exact same experience today as the review posted on Nov 8th. The call proceeded very cordially and helpful until it came to discuss cost of service. Sebastian, sales representative, stated that I had to provide my credit card information and form of payment BEFORE he would send me the ACA contract, terms and conditions. He would NOT send me any information about the contract agreement until I provide my card information. When I protested and stated that I would not provide my payment information until after I reviewed the agreement, the rep became angry, raised his voice, cut me off, and talked over me. When I confirmed that I would not provide my card info until I reviewed the agreement, he hung up the call on me. This has every red flag of a boiler room sales philosophy.

USVery disappointing Just got off the phone with a rep from ACA, Dale C. He was very nice to speak with. He explained the company's history and how their process works. He asked very pertinent questions relating to our situation. He put us on a brief hold to see if we qualified for their service. When he got back on the phone he told us we qualified, what the cost would be for their service and the different options to pay for the service. Still very pleasant conversation to that point. Their fee seemed reasonable. Then his attitude and demeanor totally changed when we told him we were not going to make a decision today. He became almost threatening. He asked when he could get back to me. At that point I thought I was speaking to a totally different person. A typical used car salesman attitude. At than point my attitude changed about doing this timeshare exit cancellation process, especially with the ACA Group. Very disappointing,

USTimeshare since the 80’s Yesterday afternoon, I made a call and had the pleasure of speaking with Erin, who provided invaluable assistance. We've held this timeshare since the 1980s, but it no longer serves any purpose for us. We're sincerely grateful that you've provided us with a solution, especially when the resort couldn't.
