GBThe experience I had with debt stoppers … The experience I had with debt stoppers was a nightmare. None of the lawyers or paralegals that were assigned to me were availible to assist me. My assigned lawyer changed several times and information that I would send them would get lost. The communication between client and lawyer was terrible to say the least. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to do business with you.

GBTRUTH BE KNOWN-almost $6000 in Fees!! It’s almost $6000 for their fees. They target the black community on purpose, by advertising on all the urban radio stations. $6000 is a like having another credit card debt added to your debt. Then when you ask them to work for you or petition changes for you they answer is No and it’s always coming from a paralegal who doesn’t even have a law degree. I will rally folks and earn money and have radio advertisements to play right after there’s to let the TRUTH BE KNOWN up from about their fees and practices. $6000 IS NO WAY COMPETIVITE PRICES! These people are supposed to be fighting for me against these creditor and big banks and yet it seems they are doing the opposite.

GBGo with a different law firm Go with a different law firm! I was told on multiple occasions that "an attorney" would call me back! The girl that answer's the phone didn't even give the name of the damn attorney handling my case! I received a notice from the court indicating they are going to dismiss my case because of the incompetence of this office! Was told in May that I would have my court date via Zoom and it still hasn't happened and we're going into July! I really wish I would have went with Peter Francis Geraci like my family told me to!

GBDifficult getting calls returned in a … Difficult getting calls returned in a timely manner. Referred issue to attorney, he said he would handle problem. Never heard from him again still have the same issue. Though this problem was present while I was still in bankruptcy, I am now told by the paralegal that the firm can not do anything else for me.

GBThe process was quick and easy The process was quick and easy. I went to Debtstoppers because I didn't have the upfront down payment that most bankruptcy law firms require. I went in filled out the paperwork in March of 2019 and was able to file the same day. I setup monthly payments according to how much I could pay. My payments came out semi-monthly on time with no hassle. I was discharged July 2019. Working with Deptstoppers was the BEST decision I've ever made!
