Lack of communication.. Lack of communication...ive been calling and texting everyone I've spoken to since my consultation. I understand they are busy but the point is to relieve some stress by getting help. Very stressful that I can't ask questions or anything as this is my first time doing this or even reaching out to a debt agency. I guess we just play the waiting game....

The girl that answer's the phone didn't even give the name of the damn attorney handling my case! I received a notice from the court indicating they are going to dismiss my case because of the incompetence of this office! Was told in May that I would have my court date via Zoom and it still hasn't happened and we're going into July! I really wish I would have went with Peter Francis Geraci like my family told me to!

My attorney gave me a business card for a company called NABS, which delivered a replacement vehicle to my door within a few weeks; I had to surrender my other vehicle under the Chapter 7 plan! Great attorney who worked with me for the conversion from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7.
